In Australia, the most important documents you will need to pick up your rental car is your driver's licence and a credit card. We are happy to provide you more details about licence if required. Additionally, you may also be asked to present your passport if you are not an Australian citizen. Here is a summary of the items you will need to bring with you to the depot to collect your car:

Yes. Baby seats and child booster seats can be requested during the booking process if pick-up is more than 48 hours away. If you have already booked your rental car, you will need to contact our Customer Care Team. You can also reply to the confirmation email advising your child's age.

Your security bond will be returned to your credit card after your rental concludes provided there are no extra charges. The amount of time it takes for your bond to be returned can be from 7-10 working days.

Yes. You will be required to present your credit card at the rental counter when you collect your hire car. The credit card holder will need to be present to sign the rental agreement.

If your drivers licence is not completely in English, it will need to be accompanied by an International Drivers Permit or Official Translation. All documents must be original. Photocopies are not accepted.

We do allow additional drivers, each with varied policies and charges. Additional drivers will must present their drivers licence at pickup. Please enquire for specific charges for additional drivers and Terms and Conditions.

Smoking is not permitted in rental vehicles in Australia. It is an offence in some Australian states to smoke in a vehicle where some passengers are under 18 years of age.
